A new bagel cafe near Hampstead Heath is set to open its doors to customers on November 11th. B Bagel, the sixth outlet of the popular chain, will be located on Swain’s Lane.

The cafe will have seating for up to 30 people inside and up to 50 people on an outdoor terrace. It will be open seven days a week from 7am to 6pm, offering a variety of breakfast, brunch, coffee, and cakes.

Co-founders Yoav Baumgarten and Alon Kubi are excited to bring their specialty bagels to the area. The bagels, known for being crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, will be boiled and baked in-store. Customers can choose from a range of fillings, including smoked salmon, hot salt beef, pastrami, and vegan and vegetarian options.

In addition to bagels, the cafe will also offer salads, Nutella, peanut butter, blueberry cream cheese, and other sweet treats. A bakery and deli will sell breakfast pots, homemade spreads, pastries, challah breads, and loaf cakes. Any bagels that do not meet quality standards will be turned into crisps and sold as well.

B Bagel already has locations in Camden High Street, Tottenham Court Road, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre, offering dine-in, takeout, and delivery options. There are also takeaway-only outlets in Soho and Chelsea.

Managing director Yoav Baumgarten expressed his excitement about the new opening, emphasizing the importance of community. The cafe aims to provide a comfortable space for people to gather and enjoy freshly made bagels, juices, and more. The addition of the Swain’s Lane location will further expand the reach of the popular bagel chain.
