We started with an array of finger sandwiches, ranging from traditional options like Smoked Salmon to more contemporary flavors like Turkey and Parmesan. The Festive Sausage roll stood out as a savory highlight, perfectly seasoned and encased in flaky pastry.
As we moved on to the sweet portion, the scones stole the show. Freshly baked and served with Strawberry Jam, Cornish Clotted Cream, and a delightful Festive Spices Jam, they were a true indulgence. The sweets, presented on a charming trolley cart, featured seasonal delights like the Tahitian Vanilla Snow Globe and the rich Black Forest Gâteau, each offering a unique flavor experience.

The variety of flavors and textures on offer made this afternoon tea a true delight. From the Mont-Blanc Choux to the Plum & Amaretto Tartlet, each bite was a festive celebration in itself. We ended our culinary journey with a Pecan and Vanilla Cake and a spicy Christmas Cookie, savoring every last crumb.
